By purchasing classes, booking a session, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

2. Classes and Booking

All classes must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
Class spots are limited. Booking does not guarantee entry if you arrive after the class start time; late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons.

3. Intro Offer

The 14-day intro offer is CA$89.00 (plus applicable tax), available to new clients only, one per client.
The offer includes unlimited Reformer Pilates classes for 14 days from first use.
This offer is final sale. No refunds or transfers.
Completing 10 classes within the 14-day window earns a $50 studio credit, applied to your account for future use. [CONFIRM expiry terms on the credit itself]

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party booking and payment provider (Brandbot/Mariana Tek). Refined Reformer does not store your full payment card details.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Health and Safety

Reformer Pilates involves physical exertion and use of specialized equipment. By participating, you confirm you are physically able to take part and will inform your instructor of any injury, condition, or pregnancy before class.

6. Studio Conduct

Please arrive with appropriate footwear/attire as instructed by staff, respect other members and instructors, and follow all posted studio guidelines.
Refined Reformer reserves the right to refuse service or class access to anyone violating studio policies.

7. Changes to These Terms
Refined Reformer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
